Troy Anderson

As a project architect with over 25 years of industry experience, Troy brings a wealth of knowledge involving planning, design, and construction administration. Troy has developed trusted expertise in many fields of architecture including car dealerships, retail developments, professional office buildings, and restaurant design. He also has professional experience in tenant improvements, fitness centers, and office warehouse design. He has enjoyed working with clients from the inception of their projects to their completion. Troy’s expertise also includes site selection assistance, due diligence work, design, construction documentation, equipment coordination, and construction management. 

Aaron Oesterle

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Iowa State University. Where he received two minors which include Sustainability and Digital Media. Aaron has a natural curiosity and thirst for understand our built environment. Aaron has been working for over 5 years in the field of Architecture and brings a “thinking outside the box” attitude to design. Having a strong background in construction and building techniques, he is able to effectively communicate the design intent of every project he is involved with.  Aaron’s experience includes but is not limited to office warehouse, retail shells and tenant improvements, car dealerships, manufacturing warehouse, convenance stores, restaurant’s, fitness/climbing gyms, professional office buildings and many more.
